In April 2006, the HTCIA Asia Pacific Chapter was honoured to welcome Mr. Hayson Tse, Senior Government Counsel from the HK Department of Justice to present his personal views on IT crime related law reform in HK.

This was the subject of Hayson's Master's Thesis, and is a subject close to his heart. The in-depth research and thought provoking views prompted a great deal of debate and proved to be a highly entertaining evening.

Hayson Tse from the Hong Kong Department of Justice has tirelessly compiled a very useful list of technology terms and their Chinese equivalent.

This list is a must for everyone in HK who works in the field of computer crime & is required to produce reports, briefings or court documents in Chinese.
